Every year in autumn the "Harvest Festival" of the Südtiroler Gasthaus group is celebrated. From the end of September until late autumn the members of the Südtiroler Gasthaus group conjure up unique dishes from the freshly harvested products. These authentic creations reflect the variety of South Tyrolean autumn delicacies.

Ground and smoked

During the "Harvest Festival", reflection and thanksgiving for the harvest, which was supposed to bring you through the winter in the past, are still in the foreground today. The innkeepers of the Südtiroler Gasthaus group would also like to preserve this custom. During the "Harvest Festival", their guests are served dishes made from freshly harvested vegetables and various types of grain, as well as South Tyrolean farmhouse bacon, and they are invited to enjoy promising dishes under the title "Ground and smoked". Whether as protagonists on the plate or as tasty companions - there are no limits to the creativity of the cooks.
